Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key warehousing clients to ensure long-term partnerships
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal warehouse operations teams
• Understand client supply chain requirements and ensure smooth execution of warehousing services
• Monitor service performance and ensure SLA compliance for all key accounts
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and inventory teams to resolve client issues quickly
• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue from existing accounts
• Track warehouse utilization, inventory flow, and operational efficiency for client accounts
• Prepare regular performance reports and conduct review meetings with key clients
• Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges
• Collaborate with business development and operations teams to onboard and implement new clients successfully
