Experience: Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Key Account Management, Channel Sales, or Affiliate partnerships.


About the Role: We’re looking for a driven and strategic Key Account Manager to own and grow our "Affiliate Partner network". This role involves end-to-end ownership of affiliate relationships — from onboarding to performance tracking — with a sharp focus on driving revenue for the Inside Sales team

Responsibilities:

  • Own sales targets driven via affiliate partnerships and deliver consistent growth in numbers.
  • Build and nurture strong partner relationships, acting as the single point of contact for all affiliate partners.
  • Identify, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners aligned with our ideal customer profile.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales to optimize lead flow and conversion from affiliate sources.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance and provide data-driven insights to improve outcomes.
  • Develop and implement partner enablement tools – sales kits, FAQs, incentives, and training decks.
  • Resolve partner issues quickly and effectively to maintain trust and productivity.
  • Work with Marketing and Product teams to co-create campaigns and track ROI from affiliates.

Requirement:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through partnerships
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in managing B2C or B2B inside sales funnels is a plus
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and performance tracking dashboards
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
