π Weβre Hiring: Key Account Manager β O&M (Water & Wastewater)
π’ Company: WETICO
WETICO is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Sales team and drive business growth in the water and wastewater treatment sector, with a strong focus on Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts.
πΉ Role Purpose
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing new customers, managing key O&M accounts, and achieving sales targets while maintaining long-term client relationships aligned with WETICOβs vision and values.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development (60%)
- Identify and develop O&M opportunities for water & wastewater treatment plants
- Prepare and negotiate O&M proposals (manpower, spare parts, chemicals, SLAs, KPIs)
- Support pricing, costing, and long-term contract negotiations
- Prepare sales bids, technical proposals, and quotations
- Meet sales targets and manage customer payments
- Support marketing activities (events, conferences, trade shows)
Relationship Management (20%)
- Maintain long-term relationships with O&M clients
- Act as the commercial focal point between customers and O&M teams
- Conduct customer performance reviews
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Customer Service (20%)
- Support customers during O&M execution
- Handle commercial and contractual issues
- Assist with change orders and claims
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support
πΉ Requirements
Education
- Bachelorβs Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical or equivalent)
Experience
- 2β3 years of sales experience in water/wastewater or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of O&M operations and technical products
Skills
- Excellent communication in Arabic & English
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Commercial and technical sales acumen
