The ideal candidate should have experience in IT recruitment, an understanding of software engineering roles, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Sourcing Strategies: Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other creative methods to attract top talent.
• Technical Hiring: Identify and evaluate candidates for technical roles such as software engineers, developers, QA testers, and other IT positions.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company as an attractive employer to potential candidates through digital platforms and networking.
• Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System ;.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure fair and inclusive hiring practices to build a diverse workforce.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in tech recruitment.
