Software Implementation Executive - Manager

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Salary Range: 30,000 - 50,000

Responsibilities:

• To implement the custom made software LIKE AssetsAdm.com, WecareXM for customers.
• Business Analysis, End user training, day to day support to enhance customer success.
• Software demonstration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including software vendors, partners, and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with the technical team to create proper user manuals and documentation.
• Collaborate with development team and customer for the change request and enhancement.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing accounts.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements related to software support
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on customer support and feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Bcom/BSc/BCA/MCA/BBA/MBA/BTech or other advanced degrees are a plus.
• Knowledge of software solutions and the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English is must.
• Knowledge of Hindi and other local languages are added advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
