Industry:- Real Estate/Architect/ Interior Designing

Key Responsibilities:-

• Identify and generate new leads and business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to clients
• Drive new business generation and achieve sales targets
• Attend networking events and explore market opportunities
• Maintain sales pipeline and prepare performance reports
• Provide market insights and business recommendations 

Required Skill:-

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
• Good command over English (spoken & written)
• Professional business etiquette
• Proficiency in Excel, PPT, MIS
• Experience in working as a Architecture/ Interior Designer is added advantage.
• Knowledge of Softwares Autocad, Sketup3D. is preferred
