Job Description

About the Role:

We build products that power how telecom operators manage, monetize, and grow their subscriber base. Our platform spans customer value management, real-time personalization, campaign orchestration, dynamic pricing, and analytics—serving operators with tens of millions of prepaid and postpaid subscribers across emerging markets.

We’re looking for a Product Manager who has worked inside a telecom operator—someone who has hands-on experience running CVM campaigns, managing prepaid base segments, and working with campaign platforms. You understand the daily reality of operator commercial teams and want to channel that into building products that solve their real problems.

You’ll own feature-level product delivery, work closely with engineering and design, and bring operator-side credibility to client conversations. This role is execution-heavy: writing specs, defining workflows, validating with clients, and shipping features that telco CVM teams actually use.

Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery & Feature Ownership

•       Own feature-level product development for CVM, campaign management, and/or personalization modules—from requirements through delivery

•       Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria grounded in real operator workflows

•       Translate telco domain knowledge—recharge behavior, lifecycle campaigns, offer catalogs, churn triggers—into concrete product features

•       Prioritize backlog items based on client feedback, commercial impact, and technical feasibility

•       Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily collaboration with engineering and QA

Campaign & Personalization Product Area

•       Define and refine product capabilities for multi-channel campaign execution (SMS, USSD, push, in-app, IVR), event-triggered journeys, and A/B testing

•       Contribute to the design of segmentation, audience building, offer management, and contact policy features based on hands-on CVM experience

•       Validate product workflows against real operator use cases—ensuring features match how CVM teams actually work, not theoretical assumptions

•       Draw on direct experience with platforms like Adobe Journey Optimizer, Pega CDH, Unica, SAS, Comviva, or Flytxt to inform product design

Data & Analytics Features

•       Define requirements for campaign analytics dashboards, subscriber health metrics, and segment performance reporting

•       Collaborate with engineering on data models and integration patterns aligned with telco data structures (CDRs, recharge events, provisioning, CRM)

•       Contribute to product capabilities around customer data ingestion, real-time event processing, and propensity-based targeting

•       Support the analytics layer with working knowledge of SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and data-driven decision frameworks

Client Engagement & Domain Support

•       Participate in client discovery sessions, product demos, and solution workshops as the operator-side domain voice

•       Gather and document client feedback, pain points, and feature requests into actionable product inputs

•       Support pre-sales and customer success teams with domain context, use case documentation, and competitive insights

•       Stay current on telco CVM trends, competitor platforms, and emerging market dynamics

Required Qualifications

•       4–7 years of experience working inside a telecom operator in CVM, prepaid commercial, base management, or campaign management roles

•       Hands-on experience executing subscriber lifecycle campaigns (acquisition, activation, retention, winback, churn) with measurable commercial outcomes

•       Direct working experience with at least one enterprise campaign/CVM platform (Adobe Campaign/AJO, Pega CDH, Unica, SAS MA, Comviva, Flytxt, or similar)

•       Strong understanding of prepaid business models: recharge mechanics, bonus structures, offer catalogs, validity management, denomination strategy

•       Working knowledge of customer data and analytics: segmentation, RFM frameworks, propensity models, and BI/dashboarding tools

•       Comfort with technical concepts: APIs, data pipelines, SQL, event-driven architectures, and platform integrations

•       Strong communication skills—able to write clear specs and present to both technical and commercial audiences

Preferred Qualifications

•       Experience in Southeast Asian, African, or other prepaid-dominant telecom markets

•       Exposure to dynamic pricing or real-time offer optimization in telecoms

•       Familiarity with customer data platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform) or real-time decisioning engines

•       Prior product management experience or formal PM training/certification

•       Experience in multi-brand telecom environments

•       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or related field

Why This Role

•       Transition from operator-side execution to product-side impact—shape the tools you wished you had

•       Work with a team that values deep domain expertise over generic PM frameworks

•       See your operator experience directly influence product direction used by major mobile operators

•       Competitive compensation and growth path into senior product leadership
