Job Description - Regional Sales and Marketing Manager
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Engineering / Commerce with 10+years of experience in Industrial Door / Sheet Metal Door or similar products.
· Strong experience in project sales, institutional sales, and retail/channel management.
· Established network with architects, consultants, builders, and developers across South India.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Proven ability to manage large territories and multi-city teams.
· The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving project and retail sales across South India by managing key accounts, strengthening channel networks, building strong relationships with architects/consultants, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
· The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and deep understanding of project sales cycles within the building materials ecosystem.
· Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast and plan region-wise targets.
· Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with extensive travel.
- Manage and develop project and retail sales across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.
- Identify, develop, and close project opportunities with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and institutional clients.
- Drive retail sales through channel partners, dealers, distributors, and retail counters.
- Build strong relationships with architects and consultants for product specifications and inclusion in BOQs. Ensure branding with new projects / tenders by Architects
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to track competition, gather market intelligence, and ensure brand visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to support project acquisition and customer service.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and execute strategic initiatives to increase market share.
- Ensure effective coordination with supply chain and operations for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
