Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM and Sales roles including SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Sales Leaders
- Partner closely with sales leadership to understand revenue targets, territories, ideal customer profiles, and quota expectations
- Assess candidates on core sales performance indicators such as quota attainment, deal size, sales cycle length, and markets served
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using unconventional and data-driven sourcing methods
- Source candidates through sales communities, referrals, alumni networks, competitor mapping, revenue intelligence tools, events, webinars, and GTM forums
- Proactively headhunt top-performing passive candidates rather than relying only on active job seekers
- Use personalized outreach and storytelling to engage high-caliber sales professionals
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end, from initial outreach through offer closure
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality
- 3+ years of hands-on experience hiring GTM or Sales roles for B2B SaaS organizations
- Proven success recruiting SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives, and Sales Leadership roles
- Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, quotas, outbound vs inbound models, and sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to use creative and non-traditional sourcing techniques
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement skills
- Experience hiring for North American or global markets is a strong advantage
- Background in fast-scaling SaaS startups preferred
- Familiarity with sales and recruitment tools such as CRM platforms, sales intelligence tools, and sourcing platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with a strong focus on impact
