Role Description

We are seeking Junior & Middle Level Patent Professionals to manage IP Prosecution & Opposition matters for a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. Responsibilities include conducting patent prior art searches, drafting and filing patent applications, preparing responses to examination reports, handling patent prosecution and opposition matters, as well as conducting research and analysis to support IP protection strategies. The role will also involve working closely with clients to understand their technical innovations and providing tailored IP advisory services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Patent Prior Art Search, Patent Drafting, and preparing responses to examination reports
• Knowledge and experience in Patent Prosecution and Opposition matters
• Strong research and analytical skills related to technology, legal analysis, and IP protection strategies
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail for ensuring accuracy in legal documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Masters or advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with industry experience (engineering or science) will be given preference
• Familiarity with Indian Patent Law and global patent frameworks is a plus
• Relevant certifications or legal qualifications in Intellectual Property will be considered advantageous
