Job Description
We are hiring a Juinor B2B Lead Generation Expert who deeply understands outbound, buyer psychology, and how to run high-quality B2B prospecting workflows. This is a precision-driven role focused on generating predictable, high-intent leads every week. You will build and run multi-channel systems across LinkedIn, cold email, AI agents, newsletter outreach, communities and targeted content angles.

- 0-1 years experience in B2B outbound/lead-generation roles
- CTC: 30,000 - 50,000
This is a B2B outbound lead generation role and not a performance marketing, paid ads, SEO, social media marketing, or brand marketing position.

Your Primary Responsibility
Generate consistent and qualified B2B leads every week for Myntmore and for our clients.
What You Will Do?
- Build and execute outbound systems across LinkedIn, email and community-led channels
- Use AI agents, enrichment tools and automations to scale outreach
- Identify ICPs, triggers, personas and build value-based messaging
- Write personalised outbound messages that convert
- Run LinkedIn workflows using tools like Apollo, Clay, Waalaxy, Snov, instantly, SalesQL and more
- Manage domain health, deliverability, sequencing and reply optimisation
- Coordinate with the content team to align inbound and outbound efforts
- Track leads, responses, meetings and campaign performance
- Experiment, test and optimise continuously
- Own a weekly lead target and move prospects to booked calls
Who You Are?
- 0-1years of experience in B2B lead generation or growth roles
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn outbound funnels
- Skilled with enrichment tools, databases and email outreach tools
- Strong written communication for personalised messages
- Analytical, organised and able to manage multiple campaigns
- Comfortable working with AI and automation tools
- Research-driven and detail-oriented
- High ownership and able to work in a fast-moving environment
