Junior Human Resources (HR) Executive in Ahmedabad

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher/Jr. HR executive with basic HR knowledge or minimum 0.6 months of experience in recruitment and HR operations. Candidates with exposure to IT recruitment will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates
• Shortlisting resumes and coordinating interview schedules
• Managing candidate communication and regular follow-ups
• Assisting with employee onboarding and documentation processes
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and HR records
• Managing day-to-day HR operations
• Handling leave and attendance management
• Supporting employee engagement activities
