Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior HR Executive, located in Indore. The Junior HR Executive will be responsible for daily HR operations, Recruitment, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The role also involves supporting and assisting in various HR management activities.

Qualifications

• Skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience of the Recruitment procedure & hiring portals
• Proficiency in HR Operations and HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience required:

03 months to 1 year
