Falcon BIM Studio is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Floorplanner.com Designer to join our growing team. If you have experience creating accurate 2D & 3D floor plans and want to work on international BIM and Scan-to-BIM projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate 2D & 3D floor plans using Floorplanner.com.
• Convert hand sketches into professional digital floor plans.
• Work with Point Cloud and Matterport data for Scan-to-BIM projects.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with the design and BIM team.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Floorplanner.com.
• Strong understanding of 2D & 3D floor planning.
• Basic knowledge of Point Cloud and Matterport workflows.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
