Production Director – Architectural CGI Studio

DAWN Digital is expanding, and we're looking for an exceptional Production Director to lead one of India's most ambitious Architectural CGI production teams.

If you have successfully managed high-volume architectural visualization studios and know how to deliver world-class imagery, cinematic walkthroughs, and real estate marketing content on time without compromising quality, we'd like to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the complete CGI production pipeline from project kickoff to final delivery.
• Manage production planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and delivery timelines.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 3D artists, environment artists, lighting artists, animators, compositors, and editors.
• Implement and enforce SOPs, quality standards, and production workflows.
• Coordinate closely with clients, project managers, and creative directors.
• Improve productivity through automation, AI tools, and efficient pipeline management.
• Monitor project profitability, utilization, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.
• Drive continuous improvement across production, technology, and team performance.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in Architectural Visualization or CGI production.
• Minimum 5 years leading large production teams.
• Strong understanding of 3ds Max, Corona/V-Ray, Unreal Engine, Photoshop, After Effects, and post-production workflows.
• Proven experience delivering premium real estate marketing content.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under demanding deadlines.
• Experience building scalable production systems and mentoring artists.

Preferred

• Experience with India real estate developers.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted production workflows.
• Experience creating SOPs, QA systems, and pipeline optimization.
• Familiarity with BIM, CAD workflows, and project coordination.
