Role Description The MEP Engineer role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for building projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing drawings and specifications, performing load calculations, coordinating with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and vendors, and resolving design and site execution issues. The role involves conducting site inspections, monitoring installation quality, supporting commissioning activities, and preparing technical reports and documentation. The MEP Engineer will also collaborate with project managers to maintain timelines, manage resources, and support cost-effective, energy-efficient building services solutions.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design and engineering skills, including knowledge of integrated building services.
- Candidates should possess experience in MEP coordination, including clash detection, drawing review, and alignment of services with structural and architectural designs.
- Candidates should possess practical plumbing system expertise, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems design and supervision.
- Candidates should possess electrical engineering capabilities related to power distribution, lighting, load calculations, safety systems, and relevant standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and energy-efficiency standards applicable to MEP systems.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software and related design tools used for building services engineering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams and site personnel.
- Relevant experience in building construction, infrastructure projects, or facilities management will be an advantage.
