Junior Financial/Operations Analyst – Contract-to-Perm Opportunity. Recent Grads are more than welcome!

📅 Duration: 12-month contract

💲 Pay: $22–$24/hour

Are you a recent graduate in Finance, Economics, or a Business related field looking to kick-start your career? We're seeking a Junior Financial/Operations Analyst with 6 months to 2 years of experience (internships count!) to join the team of a top investment banking firm.

Ideal Candidate:

✔ Recent grad with a Bachelor’s in Business (Finance, Economics, or related).

✔ Experience or internship in banking or financial services is highly preferred (6 months to 2 YOE).

✔ Strong communication, and organizational skills.

• Support financial and operational processes.
• Analyze and reconcile data.
• Assist in creating reports and managing transactions.
• Communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain records and provide reporting.
