About the role

We're looking for a Junior Ecommerce Executive to run day-to-day marketplace operations, keep our catalog in shape, and support advertising execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who has already spent time inside seller dashboards and wants to grow fast with a lean, ambitious team. You'll work closely with our senior ads team and report into the operations function. This is not a fresher role — we need someone who has worked on live marketplace accounts before and can pick things up quickly.

What you'll do

• Manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart and Zepto — listings, catalog hygiene, pricing, content, and issue resolution.
• Own catalog and listing work — new listing uploads, content updates, image and A+ submissions, and keeping listings error-free across platforms.
• Support advertising execution on Amazon and quick-commerce platforms — report pulls, bulk uploads, bid and budget changes, and weekly performance trackers (with guidance from the senior ads team).
• Coordinate inventory and order workflows — stock availability, replenishment inputs, PO and appointment handling for quick-commerce.
• Track key metrics (sales, ACOS/ROAS, stock cover) and flag issues early.
• Work in Excel/Google Sheets daily — pull reports, clean data, and maintain trackers.

What we're looking for

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations (internships on live seller accounts count).
• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is essential; exposure to Blinkit, Instamart or Zepto seller panels is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Amazon Ads basics — campaigns, keywords, bids, and reports — is a plus.
• Good with Excel/Google Sheets (filters, lookups, pivot tables).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple platforms without dropping the ball.
• Based in Vadodara and able to work from our Bhayli Road office daily.

Compensation

₹15,000–20,000 per month, based on experience.
