We are looking for a trained fresher who can support our digital marketing, brand building, product promotion, and high-quality content creation activities consistently.
Role Overview
As a Junior Digital Marketing & Brand Executive, you will support the promotion of DromoLys and its products through social media content, digital campaigns, graphic creatives, product communication, and brand-building activities.
This role is suitable for a fresher trained in digital marketing, social media marketing, content creation, graphic design, or video/reel editing.
You will work closely with the leadership and product teams to convert technical product information into simple, professional, and credible digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media content for DromoLys and its products.
- Prepare posters, carousels, reels, thumbnails, short videos, and campaign creatives.
- Write captions, short product posts, email drafts, and basic website/product content.
- Support digital promotion of SaveTrax™️, SafeDrome, DromoTrax, and company activities.
- Maintain a weekly content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
- Support brand-building activities through professional and high-quality digital content.
- Track social media engagement, campaign performance, and basic lead responses.
- Research competitors, industry trends, customer segments, and content ideas.
- Support email campaigns, Google Business Profile updates, and basic SEO activities.
- Work with feedback and revise content quickly based on brand and product requirements.
Required Skills
- Good English writing ability.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Ability to create clean and professional digital creatives.
- Canva proficiency.
- Basic understanding of layout, typography, color combinations, visual hierarchy, and design consistency.
- Ability to create posters, carousels, reels, thumbnails, and simple campaign creatives.
- Basic video/reel editing skills.
- Interest in learning technical products and explaining them in a simple, credible way.
- Discipline to work with a content calendar and produce content consistently.

Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a small practical task:
- Write one LinkedIn post for SaveTrax™️.
- Create one poster or carousel for DromoLys.
- Prepare one short reel/video concept.
- Share portfolio, sample work, or previous design/content examples.
Compensation & Career Progression
The salary advertised for this position is applicable during the initial training period. Based on the candidate's performance, learning progress, and demonstrated skills, compensation will be revised as follows:
- Training Period: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month
- Probation Period: ₹10,000–₹18,000 per month (based on skills and performance)
- Post-Confirmation: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month (based on overall performance, responsibilities, and contribution)
