Junior Design Manager

About the Role

Ananta Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Junior Design Manager to join our design team and support the development of our luxury hospitality projects. In this role, you'll manage design coordination across multiple projects, working closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure every project is delivered on brief, on time, and to the highest design standard.

What You'll Do

• Manage the design development and implementation phases of multiple projects
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Commercial and Auditing, and coordinate with external consultants (MEP, Lighting, Structural, etc.) to align design requirements
• Participate in design review meetings, preparing and presenting updates to the project team
• Oversee detailed project documentation and assist in managing design revisions and updates

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in design coordination, project management, or a similar role, preferably within hospitality or luxury construction projects
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for presenting ideas clearly and effectively
• Familiarity with vendor management, material sourcing, and quality assessment
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and a wide range of consultants and suppliers
