Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Agra. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and plans, and ensuring designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, coordinating with structural and MEP consultants, and collaborating with project managers and site teams to oversee design execution. The role also involves reviewing construction documents, participating in design reviews, updating plans based on stakeholder feedback, and supporting project documentation and reporting. The Architect will contribute to improving design processes and maintaining consistent quality across projects.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client needs into practical, buildable solutions.
• Experience with Project Management, including planning, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and tracking progress against timelines and budgets.
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, and interoperability between architectural software.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and ability to produce clear drawings and documentation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Agra and surrounding regions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and openness to continuous improvement and learning in architectural practice.
