Junior Architect

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Gurgaon. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and producing detailed design documentation. Daily responsibilities include working on CAD and BIM models, assisting in design development, coordinating with consultants, and supporting project teams through various stages from concept to execution. The role also involves site visits, preparing presentations and reports, and ensuring design accuracy and alignment with project requirements. The Junior Architect will collaborate closely with colleagues to meet deadlines and maintain project quality standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including conceptualization, space planning, and detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Integration and coordination, ensuring architectural solutions align with structural, MEP, and interior requirements.
• Candidates should possess basic Project Management abilities, such as task prioritization, documentation, and supporting timeline and deliverable tracking.
• Candidates should possess relevant software skills, such as proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), 3D visualization software, and basic design presentation tools.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced project environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; internship or prior junior-level experience in architecture or interiors is an advantage.
