Location: InMobi HQ, Bellandur, Bengaluru

Role Type: Full-time, 6 days/week (Monday–Saturday)

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Barista to join our SoCoffee kiosk inside InMobi’s Bangalore HQ.

This isn’t your usual café - it’s a warm, welcoming space that has a farm to cup orientation & works closely with the ecosystem. You’ll be brewing for a friendly community of InMobians, making this one of the nicest places to learn the craft and grow as a barista.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Barista to maintain quality, consistency, and a great experience for every customer - from the first pour to the final smile.

• Positive attitude: You enjoy being pleasant and dependable - someone who brightens up the counter.
• Love for coffee: A genuine curiosity to learn about coffee, brewing, and the stories behind each bean.
• Attention to detail: You notice the small things - remembering customer names, keeping the counter tidy, perfecting every cup.
• Operational discipline: You follow SOPs, recipes, and hygiene standards carefully and consistently.
• Customer orientation: You enjoy serving people and making them feel welcome - even if you are still building on your communication skills.
• Willingness to learn: You’ll receive structured training, mentorship, and plenty of hands-on exposure.

2. Good hygiene, punctuality, and teamwork.

4. Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
