Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages, teas, and light food items according to Brucha Coffee’s recipes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include taking customer orders, operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and restocking supplies. The role involves greeting guests, answering questions about the menu, handling payments, and ensuring quick, courteous service during peak hours. The Barista will also support opening and closing duties, follow hygiene and safety guidelines, and contribute to a welcoming and conversational atmosphere in the café.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
- Candidates should possess coffee-related operational skills, including Barista experience and basic Food Preparation abilities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with guests and collaborating with team members.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, including experience with POS systems or willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work evening shifts, and manage busy service hours.
- Previous café, restaurant, or retail experience is preferred but not required; training can be provided.
- Commitment to hygiene, food safety standards, and maintaining a clean work environment.
