Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Nashik. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee machines and other equipment, handling food preparation for café offerings, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation and customer area. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and providing attentive customer service to ensure a welcoming café experience. The Barista also supports inventory checks, restocking supplies, and following food safety and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Barista skills, including espresso-based drink preparation and familiarity with café equipment.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage guests and build positive relationships.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for taking orders, explaining menu items, and coordinating with team members.
• Candidates should possess foundational Food Preparation skills and an understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
