Full Job Description

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for architectural design, drafting, and project execution. This is an excellent opportunity to work on residential and commercial projects while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced architects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in developing architectural designs from concept to execution.
Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop 3D models and presentation drawings using SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar software.
Revise drawings based on client feedback and guidance from senior architects.
Assist in coordinating with structural, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Conduct site visits with senior architects to monitor project progress and ensure drawings are implemented correctly.
Prepare project documentation, material schedules, and drawing revisions.
Ensure drawings follow project requirements and applicable building standards.
Maintain organized project files and documentation.
Collaborate with the design team to deliver projects within deadlines.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
6 months to 2 years of experience in architectural design or project execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
Working knowledge of SketchUp.
Basic knowledge of Lumion, Revit, or other visualization software is preferred.
Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction detailing.
Basic knowledge of building bylaws and construction practices.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
Preferred Skills

Experience working on residential and commercial projects.
Knowledge of 3D visualization and presentation techniques.
Familiarity with MS Office and project documentation.
Ability to manage assigned tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
