Role Description The Junior Architect role at ReArch Developers Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Junior Architect will support the design and development of residential and commercial projects, prepare conceptual and detailed drawings, and assist in creating 3D models and presentations. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with senior architects and project managers, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves participation in site visits, documentation, and basic project coordination to support timely and quality project delivery.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and plans.
• Understanding of Project Management principles to assist in planning, coordination, and tracking project milestones.
• Ability to work with Integration-related aspects of design and construction, coordinating architectural work with structural, MEP, and interior teams.
• Familiarity with Software Development or technical integration workflows is beneficial for coordinating with digital tools and systems used in design and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and strong visual communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Willingness to conduct site visits in Gurugram and nearby locations as required.
