Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Architect who is self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to various stages of design and execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take responsibility for end-to-end project involvement.

Responsibilities

• Create conceptual, schematic, and detailed designs
• Prepare complete sets of all working drawings, including: Space planning, Electrical layouts, Ceiling and POP drawings, Plumbing plans, Flooring layouts, Interior elevations, Furniture Drawings
• All other technical drawings required for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate design intent between on-site teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Take ownership of the entire project from concept to completion.
• Please participate in regular project meetings, both virtual and on-site when needed.
• Contribute ideas to help the firm grow creatively and strategically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, only liscenced Architects should apply!
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Mandatory on-field experience in at least one project from start to finish.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office; exposure to Revit or 3D visualisation tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and materials.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and quality.
