Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Sales Executive based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will focus on assisting customers with their purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the showroom’s professional appearance. The role involves offering product recommendations, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Additionally, the Sales Executive will manage inventory, handle sales transactions, and support the after-sales service processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom operations and a basic understanding of retail sales processes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
• Sales skills, including achieving targets and promoting products effectively
• Understanding of product displays or interest in interior presentation within the showroom environment
• Proactive, energetic, and a team player with a commitment to creating a positive shopping experience
• Prior experience in the bicycle retail industry or a related field is a plus
• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent

• Work Timings - 10.00 AM - 09.00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday is a compulsory working day
