Role Description
The Junior Architect will support the design and documentation of architectural, interior, and landscape projects, working closely with senior architects and designers. Daily responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, assisting with design development, participating in site visits, and coordinating with consultants and contractors as directed. The role involves contributing to material research, preparing presentations, and helping ensure that design solutions align with project requirements, budgets, and timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patiala or Zirakpur, requiring regular collaboration with the project team and involvement throughout various project stages.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and design detailing.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including task coordination, time management, and supporting documentation and communication across project stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, and Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial.
  • A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are essential.
  • Basic knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction processes, along with good verbal and written communication skills, will be advantageous.
