Junior Architect / FRESHER ARCHITECT

The Role

Join our studio as a Junior Architect to bridge the gap between creative design and technical execution. You will assist in everything from initial 3D visualizations to "Good for Construction" (GFC) drawings for residential and commercial projects.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Drafting: Assist in developing architectural concepts, floor plans, and layouts. Prepare detailed 2D working drawings and "Good for Construction" (GFC) drawings.
• 3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D models and photo-realistic renders for residential and commercial projects.
• Technical Documentation: Help prepare municipal/approval drawings and ensure designs comply with local building codes (e.g., UDCPR norms).
• Site Coordination: Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure design adherence, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Material Research: Assist in selecting finishes, textures, and materials, and maintaining the studio’s material library.
• Collaboration: Participate in internal design reviews and help prepare presentation decks for client meetings.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree: B.Arch (Freshers welcome).
• Software: Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Presentation softwares, AI
• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who understands Mumbai’s unique site constraints.
• Logistics: Must be based in the Mumbai, Thane and nearby region for regular site coordination.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
