Apollo, Clear communicator who can explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders, Experience working closely with product or data teams, Exposure to B2B SaaS sales motions and enterprise deal cycles, Familiarity with lead enrichment and prospecting tools such as Lusha, Interest in climate, or data-driven decision-making, or ZoomInfo, Pragmatic with a strong sense of ownership and a bias toward action, Sustainability, Ability to operate as an individual contributor owning systems end-to-end, and sales lifecycle metrics, automation, Basic Python skills for data analysis, Experience building dashboards and running analysis using Metabase or similar BI tools, Funnels, hands-on experience with HubSpot as a primary CRM, or lightweight tooling, Strong understanding of CRM data models, Working knowledge of SQL and comfortable querying production datasets

What You’ll Work On
- Own and operate our Revenue Operations stack, with HubSpot at the core,
Marketing, and other systems
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards that power day-to-day decision-making
- Ensure high data quality and integrity across contacts, companies, deals, and
- Build and optimize lead enrichment, routing, and sequencing workflows to
- Write basic SQL and Python to query data, transform datasets, and build custom
- Partner with Product, Research, Marketing, and Finance to support ad-hoc
- Experiment with and evaluate new tools, including AI-enabled sales and
recommendations
- Continuously improve RevOps infrastructure, identifying bottlenecks and scaling
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely
- Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot as a primary CRM
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, funnels, and sales lifecycle metrics
- Working knowledge of SQL and comfortable querying production datasets
- Basic Python skills for data analysis, automation, or lightweight tooling
- Experience building dashboards and running analysis using Metabase or similar
- Ability to operate as an individual contributor owning systems end-to-end
