We are currently looking for an Employee Relations Executive to join our team at our Hosur location on an immediate basis.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations activities, including grievance handling and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
• Handle disciplinary actions, investigations, and HR policy interpretation
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to HR policies
• Handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and integrity
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to support a positive workplace environment
• Willingness to work in shift-based operations, as required

🔹 Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance, employee grievances, and HR policies
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage complex employee relations issues

🔹 Qualifications

• MSW / MA in HRM / PG Diploma in HR (Preferred)
