Hyperloop Consultancy Group is a multidisciplinary real estate consultancy firm offering comprehensive services in Architectural Design, Structural Design, Liaisoning, PMC, Redevelopment Advisory, and RERA Compliance across MMR. We specialize in high-rise developments, SRA projects, and cooperative housing society redevelopment.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect (Fresher) to support our architectural and redevelopment projects. The candidate will gain structured exposure to design development, municipal approvals, working drawings, and project coordination.

• Preparation of architectural drawings (Plans, Elevations, Sections)
• Drafting and detailing using AutoCAD
• Assistance in working drawings and coordination drawings
• Preparation of area statements and basic FSI calculations
• Support in municipal submission drawings (as per applicable regulations)
• 3D views and presentation drawings for client/society meetings
• Site visits for measurements and coordination
• Coordination with RCC, MEP, and allied consultants

• AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• SketchUp
• Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray (Basic Knowledge Preferred)
• Revit (Preferred)
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Adobe Photoshop (Basic Level)

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• COA Registration (Preferred but not mandatory for freshers)

• Strong drafting and detailing skills
• Willingness to learn redevelopment norms & high-rise planning
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
• Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the organization
