The Manager Accounts & Finance will oversee daily financial operations, including preparing financial reports, managing accounts, budgeting, and monitoring compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities also include taxation, payroll management, and providing actionable insights based on financial data. Further, the role involves communicating with stakeholders and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation.

• Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
• Experience in Taxation, Auditing, and Compliance
• Knowledge in Payroll Management and Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Proficient in using Accounting Software and Financial Analysis Tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interactions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are a plus
