Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations for projects.
• Produce architectural drawings and documentation using CAD and other design software.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and collaborate with team members and consultants.
• Conduct site analysis and research to inform project decisions.
• Support the preparation of project proposals and submissions.
• Incorporate feedback from senior architects and project managers into design revisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD,SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
• Proficient is basic 3D rendering software (Enscape, Lumion, D4 etc).
• Strong graphic and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for architecture and a drive to learn and grow in the field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship experience in an architectural firm or relevant design environment.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization tools.
