Role Description:

This is an immediate requirement for a full-time role for a Site Engineer- Civil with minimum 0 to 3 years of experience.

The candidate must be based out of Ernakulam (others please excuse). The candidate is required to travel to the on-going project sites on a daily basis (in and around Ernakulam) and should own a two-wheeler and a valid driver's license. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Visits: Supervise the works at on-going project sites and report to the Project Manager
• Project Planning: Prepare project plans, provide work progress reports, and oversee and coordinate the various works and teams at the project sites
• Project Handling: Undertake execution and management of projects from concept to completion, including site escalations
• Client Interaction: Ability to effectively communicate concepts to clients
• Material Selection: Knowledge and understanding of the various materials and finishes
• Communication Skills: English (Verbal and written), Malayalam (Verbal), Hindi (Verbal)
• Attention to Detail: Paying specific attention to the smallest details for the successful execution and completion of projects
• Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Should be a team player and a fast learner
• Experience working in a team environment and ability to deliver work within the set deadlines
• Projects will be mostly based out of Ernakulam.

Qualifications:

• Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar backgrounds
• Minimum 0 to 3 years of work experience in similar job profile
• Sincere, honest & hardworking
• Attention to detail and process-oriented
• The candidate should be based out of Ernakulam, Kerala
• The candidate should be willing to join immediately
• Should have a valid driving license
• Should own a two-wheeler
