Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate role at PARIKH INFRACON PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Associate will be responsible for supporting business operations, coordinating with stakeholders, managing documentation, analyzing data, and participating in project planning and execution. The role involves ensuring timely delivery of tasks, maintaining cross-functional communication, and contributing to the overall success of real estate projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project coordination, planning, and management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and adapt to a fast-paced real estate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in the real estate sector is desirable but not a mandatory requirement.
