Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accountant located in Delhi, India. The Junior Accountant will handle financial transactions, prepare financial records, and ensure accuracy in financial documentation. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, assisting in budgeting and financial reporting, reconciling accounts, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. The position will also involve collaborating with the finance team to support the overall financial health of the organization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance (e.g., GST, TDS) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
