Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist to join our team for an on-site role in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and conducting in-depth market research to shape our growth strategy. The specialist will also be responsible for delivering exceptional client services and fostering long-lasting client engagements, ensuring the seamless execution of our services.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in conducting Market Research to identify growth opportunities and trends
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Proven ability in Lead Generation and converting prospects into valuable partnerships
• Client service experience to build and maintain positive and lasting client relationships
• Strategic thinking and a collaborative approach to drive business goals
• Experience in event management, marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
