Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Executive with 2 years of hands-on experience in managing both organic social media strategies and paid Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage organic social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
• Develop monthly content calendars, campaign strategies, and performance reports.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content teams to produce engaging creatives and videos.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media insights.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Handle community management including comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align social media campaigns with business objectives.
• Oversee creation of high-quality graphics, videos, and creatives ensuring strong visual storytelling and brand consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 years of proven experience in Social Media Management and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
• Strong knowledge of organic growth strategies and paid advertising techniques.
• Excellent creative sense with strong understanding of graphics, design, and content aesthetics.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing multiple brands or agency background is a plus.
• Video editing and reel creation knowledge is an added advantage.
• Certification in Meta Ads or Digital Marketing will be a plus.
