Role OverviewWe are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator who understands content, strategy, and analytics equally well. The ideal candidate should know how to grow social media pages organically, interpret insights, identify content opportunities, and create engaging content that aligns with our brand vision.
This is a hands-on role where you'll plan content, create it, analyze its performance, and continuously improve our social media presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Organic Growth- Develop and execute an organic social media strategy aligned with the brand vision.
- Grow Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms through engaging content and community-building.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maximize organic reach.
- Plan and manage the monthly content calendar.
- Create engaging reels, posts, stories, and short-form videos.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and content tailored to our target audience.
- Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera for educational, product, or brand-related content.
- Coordinate and participate in content shoots when required.
- Monitor and analyze social media insights, including reach, engagement, watch time, audience retention, follower growth, and conversions.
- Identify high-performing content and optimize future strategies based on data.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to improve organic growth and engagement.
- Manage comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Build meaningful relationships with our audience and encourage community engagement.
- Collaborate with the Brand, Creative, and Product teams to execute campaigns and content aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all platforms.
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in growing social media accounts organically.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and social media analytics.
- Ability to interpret insights and make data-driven content decisions.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content planning skills.
- Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives.
- Experience with consumer brands, parenting, education, or children's products is an added advantage.
