Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a full-time, on-site role in Nagpur. Responsibilities include working directly with clients to understand their financial needs, processing loan applications, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective operations and support the financial empowerment of rural communities.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
  • Ability to handle documentation, financial data, and compliance with attention to detail
  • Organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation tools
  • Knowledge of rural development and microfinancing models is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Social Work, or a related field preferred
  • Commitment to working on-site in Nagpur and familiarity with rural community dynamics
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic work environments
