Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Job Title will be responsible for supporting the delivery and improvement of technology-focused training programs, collaborating with instructors and staff to ensure an excellent learner experience. Daily tasks may include coordinating course schedules, maintaining learning materials, assisting with learner queries, and tracking training outcomes. The role may also involve gathering feedback, contributing to curriculum updates, and supporting events or workshops related to programs such as UI & UX, Data Science, AI & ML, Digital Marketing, and Cyber Security. The Job Title will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold Aspire Tech Academy’s standards and contribute to the academy’s growth.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage training schedules, learner communication, and program logistics.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with learners, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
• Basic familiarity or interest in technology domains such as UI & UX, Data Science, AI & ML, Digital Marketing, or Cyber Security.
• Ability to use productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., office suites, learning management systems, communication platforms).
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in education, technology, or management is an advantage.
• Prior experience in training, education administration, or e-learning environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
