Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at JTI’s facility in Noida. The Job Title will support daily operations in precision manufacturing by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet required quality, safety, and performance standards. Responsibilities may include monitoring production processes, maintaining documentation aligned with ISO and other standards, assisting in audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves collaborating with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve issues quickly and support timely delivery to customers. The Job Title will also be expected to follow established procedures, suggest process enhancements, and participate in training and implementation of best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong technical and analytical skills relevant to precision manufacturing and quality-driven environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in documentation, process compliance, and familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Candidates should possess abilities in data analysis, problem-solving, and the use of quality tools, including exposure to Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Candidates should possess effective communication, teamwork, and stakeholder coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Candidates should possess a relevant diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality, or a related field; prior experience in a precision manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess a strong focus on safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement in line with organizational values.
