Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Yamunanagar. The role involves interacting with micro and small business clients to understand their financing needs, explaining loan products, and guiding them through application and documentation processes. The team member will review financial information, assist in basic credit assessment, and ensure accurate entry of client data into internal systems. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments for loan processing, maintaining organized records, and providing timely updates to clients. The role also requires adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and participation in periodic reporting and review meetings.

• Ability to understand basic financial concepts related to loans, working capital, and small business operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with entrepreneurs and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort working with digital systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Yamunanagar and collaborate in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in financial services, lending, or customer-facing roles in NBFCs or banks is an advantage.
