Jewellery Production Manager - High Jewellery

We are a fine and high jewellery company specialising in exceptional gemstone and diamond jewellery with a strong focus on craftsmanship, precision, and design execution. Our work combines traditional jewellery-making techniques with modern production processes to create distinctive high jewellery pieces for premium markets.

We are looking for an experienced High Jewellery Production Manager to oversee and streamline our end-to-end jewellery production operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of high jewellery manufacturing, gemstone handling, stone setting, finishing standards, and workshop coordination. This role requires close collaboration between design, CAD, production, and quality control teams to ensure timely execution without compromising craftsmanship.

The candidate should possess a deep understanding of fine jewellery construction, luxury finishing standards, and production planning for both custom and small-batch high jewellery pieces.

• Oversee complete jewellery production workflow from CAD approval to final finishing
• Coordinate with CAD designers, master craftsmen, setters, polishers, and QC teams
• Ensure high standards of craftsmanship, precision, and finishing across all pieces
• Manage production timelines and workshop scheduling efficiently
• Supervise gemstone handling, matching, and setting quality
• Identify and resolve technical manufacturing challenges during production
• Monitor quality control standards before final delivery
• Maintain production documentation, tracking, and inventory coordination
• Work closely with management on new collection development and process improvements
• Ensure optimal utilisation of workshop resources while maintaining luxury quality standards

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in fine/high jewellery production
• Strong understanding of diamond and coloured gemstone jewellery manufacturing
• Experience handling high jewellery pieces with complex settings and construction
• Knowledge of CAD-to-production workflow
• Excellent understanding of polishing, assembly, stone setting, and finishing techniques
• Ability to manage artisans and workshop teams effectively
• Strong problem-solving and production planning skills
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Experience working with emeralds, rubies, sapphires, tanzanites, and other precious gemstones is preferred
