Jewellery Barcoding Executive

About the Role

The Jewellery Barcoding Executive is responsible for generating and managing barcode tags for jewellery items in the showroom. The role ensures accurate product information, proper tagging, and coordination with inventory and sales teams to maintain correct stock records.

Responsibilities

• Generate and print barcode tags for jewellery items using the billing or ERP system
• Enter product details such as weight, purity, design code, and pricing while creating barcodes
• Attach barcode tags to jewellery items following showroom procedures
• Verify barcode details with physical jewellery items and stock records
• Coordinate with inventory and showroom teams for barcoding newly received stock
• Reprint or update barcode tags when corrections are required
• Maintain records of barcode generation and updates in the system
• Support stock verification and inventory audits when required
• Handle jewellery items in accordance with showroom handling procedures
• Qualifications
• Minimum Plus Two or Degree
• Jewellery industry experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and billing or ERP systems
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
