As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening market presence, driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding the dealer and OEM network within your assigned region.

πŸ“ Key Responsibilities

> Achieve regional sales targets and drive sustainable business growth
> Manage and guide junior sales team members and B2B dealer channels
> Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and key industrial customers
> Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
> Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports
> Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure effective solution delivery
> Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events

Candidate Profile

πŸŽ“ Education
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in
Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering

πŸ’Ό Experience & Skills
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales (process control / automation preferred) in same area.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively
Required Hindi language proficiency
