Incident Management - Acknowledge incidents, resolve known, documented incidents, and escalate to appropriate teams 2 Defect Management - Analysis and resolution of defects assigned. Engage RTB/FTE/CTB/Vendor/Upstream teams as required for distribution of defects 3 Vendor Product Changes/Upgrades - work with CTB, TIS & Vendor teams for planning & implementing the changes/upgrades 4 Release/Change management - activities and support as needed limited to known, documented tasks 5 Knowledge Management - update KEDB, runbooks, confluence documentation; cross train the team; arrange proactive knowledge transfer sessions from CTB teams for new applications/new initiatives to RTB team 6 Attention to detail, Desire and ability to work in a multi-distributed team environment 7 Ability to excel in a short timeframe under short sprints 8 Strong communication and presentation skills
